Fried Beef With Leeks

Ingredients
  Beef 4 Ounce (125 Grams)
For marinade
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Cornflour 1 Teaspoon
  Sherry 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Pinch
  Leeks 2
For seasoning sauce
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut the beef into thin slices and marinate for 30 minutes.
Trim and wash the leeks, then cut them into 3-cm (1 -in) portions.
Deep-fry the beef for 10 seconds and drain well.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying-pan and fry the leeks for 1 minute.
Then add the seasoning sauce and cook the leeks until they are soft about 3 minutes.
Add salt if necessary, then the beef.
Mix well and serve.
