Beef Jerky

Ingredients
  Flank steak 3 Pound (trim excess fat)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Freeze steak partially to ease in slicing.
Mix spices together and set aside.
Cut steak lengthwise with the grain into 1/8 inch slices.
Place 4 to 6 slices meat on bacon grid.
Sprinkle with spice mixture.
Cover with paper towel.
Microwave 2 to 3 minutes.
Turn meat over.
Sprinkle with spices.
Cover with towel.
Microwave 2 to 3 minutes.
Dry on paper towel.
Repeat, using all the meat.
