Freezer To Table Pot Roast
|Beef round bone chuck roast||3 Pound, frozen|
|Onion soup mix||1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope, 1 To 1 1/4 Ounce)|
|Onion||1 , sliced and separated into rings|
Place frozen meat in 2 1/2 -quart casserole.
MICROWAVE 40 MINUTES on '5'.
Turn meat over.
Sprinkle with soup mix and spread evenly to edges.
MICROWAVE 30 to 40 MINUTES on '5', or until meat is fork tender.
Sprinkle onion rings over meat.
Let stand 10 minutes, tightly covered.
