All-Meat Mixed Grill
|Lamb chops||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hamburger cakes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Steak||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Kidneys||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sausages||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Bacon||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frankfurter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Thin ham slices||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fat/Salad oil||2 Tablespoon (For greasing)|
Choose one or more of the meats listed, and broil on the broiler rack, with one or two of the following: halves of tomatoes, mushroom caps, halves of cooked sweet or white potatoes, halves of bananas, fresh or canned peach halves, canned apricot halves, or canned pineapple slices.
Brush the vegetables with fat or salad oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper before broiling.
Brush fruits with fat or salad oil.
