Curried Beef Cubes

Ingredients
  Beef chuck 2 Pound, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  Flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large, sliced to make 1 cup
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Seasoned tomato sauce 16 Ounce (Two 8 Ounce Cans, 2 Cups)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Curry powder 3 Teaspoon
  Frozen french style green beans 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Hot cooked rice/Buttered noodles 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Roll beef cubes in flour and brown in hot oil.
Combine onion, garlic, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, and water; pour over meat.
Cover and cook slowly over low heat till meat is fork-tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
Stir in the curry powder.
Add green beans and cook till tender, about 15 minutes, separating beans with fork as they heat.
