La Michoacana Rib Eyes Grilled on the Solaire Infrared Portatable Anywhere

Ingredients
  Ribeye steak 2 Pound
  Rub 2 Tablespoon (Leg rub)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon (Lea & Perin)
  Cracked black pepper 1 Tablespoon (Leveled)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Prepare the infrared grill.
2. Marinate the rib eye with leg rub, worcestershire sauce and cracked pepper.

MAKING
3. Once the grill is ready grill the rib eye for 10-15 minutes.
4. Remove and let it rest for some time

SERVING
5. Serve the rib eye steak along with mashed potatoes.
