Freezer Beef Base
|Beef round steak||2 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch cubes|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Stalk celery||1 , thinly sliced|
|Instant beef bouillon granules||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
In a 2-quart casserole micro-cook beef, covered, on 100% power (HIGH) 8 to 10 minutes or till done, stirring twice.
Remove beef, reserving juices in the dish.
Stir onion, celery, bouillon granules, and Worcestershire sauce into reserved juices.
Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power (HIGH) 6 to 7 minutes or till vegetables are crisp-tender.
Stir in beef.
Spoon half of the beef mixture into each of 2 moisture- and vaporproof containers.
Seal, label, and freeze.
