Curried Beef Balls
|Buttery cracker crumbs/Slightly crushed herb seasoned stuffing mix||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Curry powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground chuck beef||1 Pound|
In large mixing bowl thoroughly combine crumbs, milk, salt and curry powder.
Add beef and blend well.
Shape meat mixture into 48 (1-in.) balls.
In 8-in square dish place about 24 balls.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at High (10) 4 to 5 Minutes.
Repeat with other half of beef balls.
