Beef and Mushrooms
|Rib eye steak||2 Pound|
|Portobello mushrooms||2 , sliced|
|Scallions||2 , chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Kitchen bouquet||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Cut way bone from steaks, then cut meat into strips. Thicker strips for medium rare and thinner strips for well done.
2. Melt butter and saute garlic and mushrooms for 1 minute. Add sherry, Kitchen Bouquet, salt & pepper and steak strips and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add scallions, stir for 30 seconds. Serve
