Beef Shreds With Peppers

Ingredients
  Beef 125 Gram
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
  Sherry 1 Teaspoon
  Cornflour 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Green peppers 2 Small
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

Cut the beef into matchstick shreds and marinate for 30 minutes.
De-seed the peppers and slice finely.
Deep-fry the beef for 15 seconds, drain well.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying-pan and fry the onion and ginger for 15 seconds.
Then add the peppers and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the sugar and then the beef, test for seasoning and serve.
