Bulgur Beef

Ingredients
  Hot water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Instant beef bouillon granules 1 Teaspoon
  Bulgur wheat 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sliced green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon, finely shredded
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Cubed cooked beef 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Peanuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In a 2-quart casserole micro-cook the water and beef bouillon granules, covered, on 100% power (HIGH) about 6 minutes or till boiling.
Stir in bulgur wheat and let stand about 15 minutes or till liquid is absorbed.
Stir in peas, onion, soy sauce, lemon peel, and garlic.
Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power (HIGH) about 3 minutes or till peas are tender, stirring once.
Stir in beef and peanuts.
Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power (HIGH) 3 to 4 minutes or till heated through, stirring once.
Garnish with lemon wedges, if desired.
