Oven Barbecued Pot Roast

Ingredients
  Arm roast/Blade / chuck pot-roast 3 Pound
  Barbecue sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Red wine/Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard/1 teaspoon dry mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic/1/8 teaspoon instant minced garlic / garlic powder 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Lemon 1⁄2 , sliced
Directions

In large saucepan, cover roast with water; salt to taste.
Simmer, covered, over medium low heat 1 1/2 hours (meanwhile prepare Barbecue Sauce).
Drain; place roast in baking dish.
Pour Barbecue Sauce over roast, coating roast well.
Cover tightly with lid or foil.
Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes until tender.
