Beef Steaks and Carrots
|All purpose flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Beef cubed steaks||16 Ounce (4 Steaks, 4 Ounce Each)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Whole baby carrots||16 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
|Condensed onion soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Parsley flakes||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried rosemary leaves||1⁄8 Teaspoon, crushed|
Mix flour, salt and pepper; coat beef with flour mixture.
Heat oil over medium-high heat until hot.
Cook beef in oil until brown, about 4 minutes on each side.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer uncovered until carrots are hot, about 5 minutes
