1. Combine oil, vinegar, onion, garlic powder, and pepper. Pour over meat cubes and marinate several hours or overnight.
2. Remove meat from marinade and alternate with vegetables on skewers. Brush with marinade.
3. Broil 6-8 minutes, turning once, until done.
