Ingredients
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lean beef/Lean lamb 2 Pound, well trimmed, cut into 1-inch cubes
  White onions/4 yellow onions 15 Small, quartered
  Green pepper 1 , cut in to chunks
  Whole fresh mushrooms 1⁄4 Pound
  Cherry tomatoes 15
Directions

1. Combine oil, vinegar, onion, garlic powder, and pepper. Pour over meat cubes and marinate several hours or overnight.
2. Remove meat from marinade and alternate with vegetables on skewers. Brush with marinade.
3. Broil 6-8 minutes, turning once, until done.
