Spicy Beef Jerky

Ingredients
  Beef eye steak 2 Pound
  Worcestershire sauce 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Soya sauce 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper powder/Paprika powder 2 Teaspoon
  Liquid smoke 1 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 2 Teaspoon
  Red pepper flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper flakes 2 Teaspoon (Optional)
Directions

GETTING READY
1)In a bowl mix all the ingredients except the Beef and mix thoroughly.
2)Cut the beef into a quarter of inch thick strips of length 6 inches each.
3)Mix the beef strips with the other ingredients.

MAKING
4)Dehydrate the beef strips in a dehydrator for 4hrs in 155 degrees.

SERVING:
5)Serve to your liking or eaten plain.

NOTE
This recipe uses a device called the dehydrator and can be made using other methods as well.
