Corned Beef 'N Cabbage
|Shredded cabbage||8 Cup (128 tbs) (1 Medium Head)|
|Shredded carrot||2 Cup (32 tbs) (4 Medium Ones)|
|Dry onion soup mix||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned corned beef||12 Ounce, cut in 4 slices (1 Can)|
Toss together cabbage, carrot, and soup mix.
Divide into 4 portions.
Center each portion on 12-inch square of heavy foil.
Dot with butter.
Top each with slice of corned beef.
Close foil and seal well, allowing room for steam.
Grill over medium coals for about 10 minutes; turn foil packages once.
