Beef Porcupines

Ingredients
  Beef 1 Pound, ground
  Onions 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fat 3 Tablespoon
  Tomato sauce 2 Can (20 oz)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine the ground beef, onions, pepper, salt and rice and form into small balls.
Brown lightly in fat in a saucepan and drain off excess fat.
Add the tomato sauce and water and cover tightly.
Simmer for 45 to 50 minutes or until rice is tender.
