|Minced beef||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Beef stock||2 1⁄2 Pint|
|Egg white||1 , well beaten|
Peel and slice the tomatoes and place in a saucepan.
Add the beef, salt and pepper and stir well.
Add the stock and egg white and stir well.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Strain and serve.
