Corned Beef Pie
|Canned corned beef hash||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Frozen baby limas||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Processed american cheese||2 Ounce, shredded (1/2 Cup)|
Combine hash, catsup, and egg; spread mixture on bottom and sides of greased 8-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350° about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook limas according to package directions; drain.
Fill crust with limas.
Heat shredded cheese and milk over very low heat, stirring constantly till cheese melts.
Pour over limas.
