Ground Beef Casserole

|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream of chicken soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Mushroom||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chow mein noodles||1 Can (10 oz)|
Brown ground beef, celery and onions in 1 tablespoon fat.
Add soups, 1 1/2 cups hot water, rice and soy sauce; simmer for 30 minutes.
Pour into greased 1 1 /2-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Uncover; sprinkle chow mein noodies on top.
Bake for 15 minutes longer.
