Short Ribs Of Beef

Ingredients
  Beef short ribs 2 Pound (Meaty)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry red wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Browning sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Arrange short ribs in 3-quart microproof casserole.
Sprinkle with garlic and salt.
Combine wine and browning sauce.
Pour over short ribs.
Cover with plastic wrap and cook on 50 (simmer) 45 minutes, or until meat is tender.
Remove and let stand 5 minutes.
