|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned tomato paste||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Hamburger buns||6 , toasted|
Crumble beef in 2-quart microproof casserole.
Add onion, green pepper, and paprika.
Cook, uncovered, on HI (max. power) 4 minutes, or until meat loses its red color, stirring once during cooking time.
Break up meat with fork and drain off any fat.
Add remaining ingredients except buns; blend well.
Cook, covered, on HI (max. power) 10 minutes, stirring twice during cooking time.
Spoon onto bottom half of hamburger buns; cover with top half.
