Beef And Vegetable Dish
|Beef||2 Pound, ground|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Carrot||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped|
|Cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped|
|Potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
|English peas||1 Can (10 oz)|
Place the beef in a frying pan and add enough hot water to cover.
Add the salt, carrots, cabbage and potatoes.
Cover and cook until the vegetables are tender.
Remove the cover and add the peas.
Simmer, stirring, for 3 to 5 minutes.
