Ground Beef Stuffing
|Stuffing croutons||7 Ounce (herb seasoned)|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced|
|Carrot||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Beef||1⁄2 Pound, ground|
|Apple||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), diced (pared)|
Combine stuffing mix, 1 cup water, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Cook celery, carrot, and onion in butter till almost tender.
Add meat and 1/2 teaspoon salt; brown meat breaking it into small pieces.
Add to stuffing mix along with apples; toss to mix.
