|Ground beef||1⁄2 Pound|
|Garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), minced|
|Onion||1 Small, minced|
|Bread slices||4 , crusts trimmed|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients except bread and catsup and mix well.
Shape into small balls.
Cut each slice of bread into 4 squares and place 1 meatball on each square, then press down to flatten ball.
Press small hole in center of beef mixture and fill with catsup.
Broil for several minutes or until firm.
