Barbecue Grilled Short Ribs
|Beef short ribs||4 Pound|
|Tomato sauce||1 Ounce, can|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Chili powder||1 Tablespoon|
Place short ribs in covered frying pan on grill and cook slowly for 1 1 1/2 hours, turning occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper.
Combine tomato sauce, catsup, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, onion, garlic and chili powder in saucepan and simmer 5 minutes.
Remove each short rib from pan, dip in sauce to coat all sides and place on grill, brushing with sauce and turning occasionally for 20 to 30 minutes or until done.
