Marinated Beef Cubes
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Coarsely ground pepper||1 Teaspoon (Or Cracked)|
|Worcestershire sauce/Steak sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Lean beef round/Lean beef chuck||2 Pound, cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes|
In deep bowl, combine all ingredients except meat; mix well.
Add meat to the marinade and stir to coat.
Refrigerate overnight or let stand at room temperature 2 or 3 hours, turning meat occasionally.
