Corned Beef Appetizer Balls

Ingredients
  Shredded cheddar cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup, 125 Gram)
  Cream cheese 4 Ounce
  Corned beef 6 Ounce, shredded
  Sweet pickle relish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Horseradish 2 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon rind 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In mixing bowl or food processor, beat together Cheddar and cream cheeses, corned beef, relish, horseradish, mustard, Worcestershire, lemon rind and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
Shape corned beef mixture into 2 balls. (Balls can be prepared to this point, wrapped and frozen. Thaw before continuing with recipe.) To serve, roll each ball in parsley.
