Smoked Beef Brisket
|Liquid smoke||12 Ounce|
|Steak sauce||12 Ounce|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Tabasco sauce||3 Drop|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||To Taste|
Stage1-Wash out bottles with water; add enough to have 2 cups.
Stage2-Sprinkle meat generously with garlic salt.
Stage3- Marinate raw meat overnight in all ingredients except sugar or brown sugar.
Stage4-Cover tightly with foil and bake at 300 degrees fareinhite for 240 minutes.
Stage5-Uncover, take out and slice thinly.
Stage6- Add brown sugar and salt to liquid.
