My friends like this smoked beef brisket recipe. This recipe was given to me by one of my uncle. It is truly delicious. Whenever we organizing any party at home, this dish is surely included in party menu. It makes the party more enjoyable. Ingredients
  Liquid smoke 12 Ounce
  Steak sauce 12 Ounce
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Tabasco sauce 3 Drop
  Briskets 6
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic salt To Taste
Directions

Stage1-Wash out bottles with water; add enough to have 2 cups.

Stage2-Sprinkle meat generously with garlic salt.

Stage3- Marinate raw meat overnight in all ingredients except sugar or brown sugar.

Stage4-Cover tightly with foil and bake at 300 degrees fareinhite for 240 minutes.

Stage5-Uncover, take out and slice thinly.

Stage6- Add brown sugar and salt to liquid.
