Beef Hash Aurora

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Canned roast beef hash 30 Ounce (2 cans, 15-ounce each)
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 2
  Seasoned salt To Taste
  Seasoned pepper To Taste
  Dried basil 1 Tablespoon
  Commercial sour cream 1 Tablespoon
  Snipped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

About 15 minutes before serving:
1. Preheat broiler 10 minutes, or as manufacturer directs.
2. In butter, in skillet, saute hash until hot; stir in garlic powder.
3. Slice each tomato into thirds crosswise; sprinkle generously with seasoned salt, seasoned pepper, and basil. Arrange slices, herb-side up, on top of hash.
4. Broil 3 to 5 minutes; then top each tomato slice with some of sour cream; sprinkle with parsley.
