|Quick cooking rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Celery soup/Mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned peas||14 Ounce, drained (1 can)|
|Canned corned beef loaf/2 cans, 6 1/2 ounce each chunk style tuna||12 Ounce, drained, diced (1 can)|
|Buttered bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 375F.
Cook rice according to directions.
Stir in all remaining ingredients except crumbs.
Spread in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Sprinkle with crumbs.
Bake until bubbly, about 20 minutes.
