Beef Sirloin And Vegetables On Skewers

  Beef sirloin steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, cubed
  Teriyaki sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), blanched and chopped
  Chopped fresh ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shallots 8 Large, peeled and blanched
  Chinese cabbage stalk 2 , in 1 inch pieces
  Yellow summer squash 1 , halved
  Jalapeno peppers 4
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Salt To Taste

Place beef in bowl. Add teriyaki sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, lemon juice and pepper. Mix well and marinate 1 hour.
Preheat barbecue at high.
Alternate beef, whole shallots, Chinese cabbage and summer squash on skewers. End each skewer with whole jalapeflo pepper. Brush skewers with marinade.
Oil grill. Add skewers and cook 2 minutes each side, uncovered. Season to taste and baste with marinade during cooking Serve with vegetables.
