|Rye bread slice/Pumpernickel bread||8|
|Sliced cooked corned beef||3 Ounce|
|Well drained sauerkraut||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Thousand island dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Swiss cheese slice||4|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, softened|
1. Top half of bread slices with corned beef. Combine sauerkraut and salad dressing. Spread over corned beef. Top with cheese slices and remaining bread slices.
2. Preheat microwave browning grill for 5 minutes on HIGH.
3. Spread outside of sandwiches with butter. Arrange on preheated grill.
4. Microwave for 30 seconds on HIGH. Turn sandwiches over and continue cooking for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, on HIGH, or until filling is hot.
