Beef And Kidney Hot Pot
|Beef and kidney stew||30 Ounce (2 Cans, 15 Ounce Each)|
|Beef extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Drained cooked lima beans||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Canned / Frozen)|
|Instant mashed potato||4 Cup (64 tbs), prepared and cooled|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
Mix the first six ingredients together; scrape into a greased 1-quart casserole.
Stir egg blended with milk into the cooled potato; spoon over meat mixture and ruffle top with a fork.
Bake at 400F for 20 minutes, or until thoroughly hot and lightly browned.
