Barbecued Beef Sate
|Rump steak||2 Pound, cubed marinade|
|Soy sauce||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Clear honey||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Ground coriander||5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)|
|Caraway seeds||5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)|
|Chilli powder||1 1⁄4 Milliliter (1/4 Teaspoon)|
|Oil||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
Put the meat in a large bowl.
Mix all the marinade ingredients together and pour over the meat.
Marinate for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
Thread the meat on to six skewers.
Grill or barbecue over hot charcoal for 10 minutes, or until the meat is cooked to taste.
Baste occasionally with the marinade during the cooking period.
