  Ground chuck 1 Pound
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , diced
  Quick cooking rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seasoning mix 2 Ounce (1 Envelope Sloppy Joe)
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water/Tomato juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Break up the ground chuck in a skillet and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until pinkness disappears.
Stir in the remaining ingredients and cover.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Season to taste.
Add a little more hot water if mixture is too thick.
