Ingredients
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Ground round 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped green pepper 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese 3 Ounce (3/4 Cup)
  Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese 3 Ounce (3/4 Cup)
  No salt added tomato sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dried italian seasoning 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crusty french loaf 11 Ounce (1 Package, Refrigerated)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add ground round and next 3 ingredients.
Cook over medium heat until meat is browned, stirring until it crumbles.
Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
Wipe drippings from skillet with a paper towel.
Combine meat mixture, Cheddar cheese, and next 4 ingredients; stir well.
Unroll dough into a large rectangle; cut into 36 (2-inch) squares.
Place squares on a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Spoon about 1 1/2 teaspoons meat mixture onto each dough square.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over squares.
Bake at 425° for 10 to 12 minutes or until crust is crisp and lightly browned.
Serve warm.
