|Beef top round steak/Chuck steak||1 Pound|
|Onions||2 Medium, chopped|
|Cubed potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced rutabaga/Carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk/Half and half||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hot mustard||1 Teaspoon|
Cut beef into 1/2-inch pieces.
Prepare pastry; divide into 6 equal parts.
Roll each part into 9-inch circle.
Place on two un-greased cookie sheets.
Toss beef, onions, potatoes, rutabaga, salt and pepper.
Heat oven to 375°.
Place about 1 cup filling on half of each circle.
Dot each with about 1 teaspoon margarine and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons water.
Moisten edge of each circle with water; fold over.
Press edges with fork to seal.
Cut slits or design in top of each; brush with milk.
Bake until crust is golden brown, 50 to 55 minutes.
