1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 can (1 pound) diced carrots
1 can (7 pound) cut green beans
1 package (2 envelopes) cream of mushroom soup mix
2 cups diced celery
1 pup uncooked elbow macaroni
4 tablespoons instant minced onion
1 teaspoo
Directions

1 Shape ground beef into a large patty; brown in vegetable oil in a heavy kettle 5 minutes on each side, then break up into chunks.
2 Drain liquids from carrots and green beans into an 8-cup measure; add enough water to make 8 cups. Stir into meat mixture
