Quick Beef In Beer

Ingredients
  Cooked lean beef 1 1⁄2 Pound, minced (675 gram)
  Onion 1 , grated
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Beer 7 Fluid Ounce (200 milliliter)
Directions

Put all the ingredients in a dish and leave for 30 minutes.
Transfer to a saucepan and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until completely heated through.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
