|Cooked lean beef||1 1⁄2 Pound, minced (675 gram)|
|Onion||1 , grated|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Beer||7 Fluid Ounce (200 milliliter)|
Put all the ingredients in a dish and leave for 30 minutes.
Transfer to a saucepan and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until completely heated through.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
