Corned Beef Hash And Eggs
|Corned beef hash||15 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Combine corned beef hash and Worcestershire sauce. Divide the mixture evenly into four 10-ounce glass casseroles. Make a well with back of spoon in each portion of hash. Break eggs, one at a time, and slip into wells. Sprinkle eggs with salt and pepper. Pierce egg yolks. Cover with all-glass lids or plastic wrap.
2. Cook in microwave oven 6 to 8 minutes at SIMMER, or until nearly set; rotate casseroles one-quarter turn twice.
3. Remove from oven and allow to stand covered about 1 minute before serving.
