|Sliced olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Good Quality)|
|Cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dried oregano||2 Teaspoon|
|Dried thyme||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Such As Sharp Cheddar Or Monterey Jack)|
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Cook onion and beef until browned, turning only occasionally, about 5 to 7 minutes.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine browned meat mixture with garbanzos, corn, chili, olives, rice, salt, oregano, and thyme. Put in casserole or baking pan; cover with grated cheese.
3. Bake at 300° for about 1 hour or until lightly browned on top.
