Ingredients
  Tournedos 4 Inch (1 1/2-inch)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Cognac 2 Tablespoon
  Pate de foie/High-quality pate 1⁄4 Pound
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Season steaks with freshly ground black pepper and grill over hot coals for 7 to 9 minutes on each side (medium-rare).
While meat is cooking, stir cognac into the pate and mix well.
