Basic Ground Beef Mixture
|Ground beef||2 Pound|
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen)|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
Advance preparation: Cook all ingredients till meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
Drain off excess fat.
Divide into three 2-cup portions in moisture-vaporproof containers.
Seal, label, and freeze up to 4 months.
