Ingredients
  Swede/Null 4 Tablespoon, shredded (Raw Ones)
  Made mustard/Null 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Null)
  Vinegar/Null 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Null)
  Corned beef/Null 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Soaked bread/Null 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Carrots/Null 6 Ounce, cooked and mashed (176 Gram)
  Parsley/Null 1 Tablespoon, chopped (Null)
Directions

Mix together the swede, mustard and vinegar, then add the remaining ingredients and combine well.
Press into a 500 g/1 lb pudding basin.
Put a plate on top and then a weight and leave for 4 hours.
Turn out of the basin and cut into slices.
