Ingredients
  Sirloin 1 Pound, cut into 2 inch pieces
  Veal cutlets 1 Pound, cut into 2 inch pieces
  Calf liver 1 Pound, cut into 2 inch pieces
  Thick sliced bacon 6 , diced
  New potatoes 6 , sliced thin
Directions

Place sirloin, veal, and liver on a broiler pan and place about 6 inches under broiler.
Cook 10 minutes, turning pieces to brown.
Meanwhile, in a heavy skillet, fry the bacon until lightly crisp; add potato slices and continue frying until potatoes are cooked through and nicely browned.
