|Sirloin||1 Pound, cut into 2 inch pieces|
|Veal cutlets||1 Pound, cut into 2 inch pieces|
|Calf liver||1 Pound, cut into 2 inch pieces|
|Thick sliced bacon||6 , diced|
|New potatoes||6 , sliced thin|
Place sirloin, veal, and liver on a broiler pan and place about 6 inches under broiler.
Cook 10 minutes, turning pieces to brown.
Meanwhile, in a heavy skillet, fry the bacon until lightly crisp; add potato slices and continue frying until potatoes are cooked through and nicely browned.
