Seasoned Ground Beef
|Lean ground beef||4 Pound|
|Onions||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Tomato juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Beef broth||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
Brown meat; add onions and garlic and cook slowly until tender.
Skim off excess fat if needed.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until very hot.
Pack hot into hot jars, leaving 1-inch head space.
Process pints 1 hour and 15 minutes, quarts 1 hour and 30 minutes at 10 pounds pressure
