Gourmet Corned Beef
|Brisket||5 Pound (Round)|
|Water||2 1⁄2 Quart|
|White wine||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Orange||1 , sliced|
Place all ingredients in large kettle.
Cover and simmer until tender, about 3 to 3 hours.
Carrots, potatoes and cabbage can be added.
