Spicy Beef Ball
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package, At Room Temperature)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green onions||2 Small, finely chopped|
|Prepared mustard||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared horseradish||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Thinly sliced corned beef/Pastrami||3 Ounce|
|Pumpernickel bread/Party rye bread||6 , thinly sliced|
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in onions, mustard, horseradish and garlic salt.
Finely chop corned beef or pastrami; stir into cream cheese mixture.
Shape into a 4-inch ball.
Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours until firm.
