Seafood Flavored Beef And Snow Peas

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Wine 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Sesame oil 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Pepper white 1 Dash
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Flank steak 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1" x 1/8" x 2" (2.5 cm x 0.5 cm x 5 cm) pieces
  Oil 37 Milliliter (2 1/2 Tablespoon)
  Ginger slice 2 , shredded
  Onion 1⁄2 , cut into wedges
  Snow peas 4 Ounce, snap off ends and strings (112 Grams)
  Oyster sauce 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Soup stock 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
Directions

1. Marinate beef for 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in wok over high heat. Add ginger and stir for 15 seconds. Add beef and stir-fry for 1 1/2-2 minutes until light brown. Remove and set aside.
3. Add onion to wok and stir over medium-high heat for 30 seconds. Add snow peas, oyster-flavored sauce and soup stock. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 minutes.
