Seafood Flavored Beef And Snow Peas

|Sesame oil||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)|

|Cornstarch||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Flank steak||1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1" x 1/8" x 2" (2.5 cm x 0.5 cm x 5 cm) pieces|
|Oil||37 Milliliter (2 1/2 Tablespoon)|
|Ginger slice||2 , shredded|
|Onion||1⁄2 , cut into wedges|
|Snow peas||4 Ounce, snap off ends and strings (112 Grams)|
|Oyster sauce||2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)|
|Soup stock||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
1. Marinate beef for 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in wok over high heat. Add ginger and stir for 15 seconds. Add beef and stir-fry for 1 1/2-2 minutes until light brown. Remove and set aside.
3. Add onion to wok and stir over medium-high heat for 30 seconds. Add snow peas, oyster-flavored sauce and soup stock. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 minutes.
